The Wow Delivery KW Dispatch browser extension helps merchants dispatch their own-fleet orders to the Wow Delivery KW driver fleet. This policy explains what data the extension handles and why.

Information we handle

• Account. Your Wow Delivery KW login token is stored locally in your browser to keep you signed in. It is sent only to api.wowdeliverykw.com.
• Order data. When you open an order in your delivery partner's portal and choose to dispatch it, the order's customer name, phone, address, items and total are sent to api.wowdeliverykw.com to create the delivery. This happens only when you dispatch (or, if you enable it, when auto-dispatch is on).
• Preferences. Your selected branch, theme and auto-dispatch setting are stored locally in your browser.

How we use it

Data is used solely to authenticate you and to create and track deliveries on your behalf. We do not sell your data, show advertising, or track your browsing. Order and account data is transmitted only to Wow Delivery KW's own servers.

Data retention

Local data (token and preferences) remains in your browser until you sign out or remove the extension. Order data is retained in your Wow Delivery KW account per our standard service terms.
